What kind of attitude do we have?




We should examine our own attitudes. Stop blaming the external world and stop finding justifications for why we are a mess. The truth is that we don’t have to live a miserable life.


Pain that has not yet come can be abandoned. ‘Tomorrow never comes as tomorrow. Tomorrow always comes in the form of the present. If we take care of the present, our future is bound to be vibrant, radiant, joyful, productive and fulfilling’ (Pandit Rajmani Tigunait).


There is disease, pain and suffering. There is a cause of all of these ailments. But it doesn’t have to be that way. There is state beyond this suffering and there is a way of reaching it.


Wake up. Get up. Summon your will and determination and do something about it. By not addressing it we are killing our conscience. We have the power to do something about it. Life is short. Make it better.
