Yoga inspires me to look at life in a more joyful way. I have been a student of the Himalayan Tradition of Yoga and Meditation for many years and have been teaching since 2011. My purpose is to understand myself so that I have a better understanding of others. I have studied in India and am part of the rich living tradition of the Himalayan Institute. Yoga and meditation go hand in hand and provide all the tools and means for better understanding, more love, greater compassion and kindness towards all. My teaching is aimed at helping others to recognize that life is a gift and each of us has the ability to experience a life free from fear, doubt, worry and grief.

Vishoka Meditation is a step-by-step meditation practice grounded in the direct experience of the Sages of the Himalayan Tradition and embodies yoga’s essential wisdom on the path of meditation.
